Farmer's Market

On Sunday, I made another trip to the farmer's market. This time, the cabbage tickled my fancy. I chopped it up, tossed in a few garlic cloves and roasted it for about 40 minutes. So simple and so good.

Yay. I have purple cabbage in the fridge from the FM and I've been trying to think of what I want to do with it. I'll try it! Simple and good is my kind of cooking.
