Muttville
Muttville is an organization that specializes in older dogs. They rescue them from shelters, clean them up a bit, then find new homes for them.

Wow. Good for you Kim. Poor lil guy! It makes me so angry to hear how stupid and cruel people can be. Lovely to know there is an organization focused on these dogs.
And what a handsome 'survivor' he is..
