I had visited for lunch, but I wanted to try Sugar Cafe their alleged "happy hour." What a disappointment! Overpriced, bad service, underwhelming. When I pay too much money for food I could've prepared better myself, I am not a happy camper.
I suggest they choose an identity - lounge, coffee shop, bar, cafe - then try to do that well.

Oh, I always notice that place when I'm on the bus passing through the neighborhood and always thought about checking it out. Looks almost like a hotel lobby. Thanks for the heads up, I'll probably pass.
