The Search
I saw two condos yesterday that I could live in.
One is at Diamond Heights. Spacious apartment, fireplace, great view, pool, gym and other cool stuff.
The second is at 7th and King. Modern, great kitchen, very hip and urban.
And, yes, I'm looking at $300K for a studio -- 400-500 square feet.

Go for Diamond Heights, more space is good right? Free gym? Easy to walk Ginger? Easier than downtown?
