After work yesterday, Brian, Gin and I headed to Hobson's Choice on Haight Street. It's a fun bar to hang out in if it's not too crowded ... and it wasn't. We chatted and watched the world go by from our excellent window seat.
Another great thing about Hobson's is you can order food from Asqew Grill next door. We had two skewers (Asqew? Get it?) with ahi, veggies and rice with a side of grilled asparagus. Yummy and enough for two at $16.
I love my adopted city of San Francisco. I've lived here since 1998. When I'm not working, I love going out to hear live music, staying home to read a book (or three!) running, making dinner for friends and yoga. Guilty pleasures: America's Next Top Model, a ballpark hotdog with sauerkraut and drinking wine in my pajamas.

Often, they have months where kids eat free too! You can feed the whole family for $20.
