I cooked my first real meal in my new kitchen last night. Pasta with olives and feta on a bed of arugula.
I'm not sure yet how I feel about the flat stove. It's hard to know how hot the burners are, but it sure is easy to clean!

I like the idea of the flat stove tops. Is that electric or is it the fancy magnetic ones? BTW, your kitchen is so clean!
If its electric, I offer my condolences. We now have that flat top electric stove and you can't really control the heat. I guess you get used to it. Your dinner inspires me...
