Flat Stovetop


So, I've got this flat stovetop and I'm trying to reserve judgment as I really don't want to buy a new stove. I'm having a little trouble regulating the heat, but what's harder is you have to hold the pan still to stir it. I made sauteed shrimp with asparagus and rice last night and it was a bit of a hassle.

Flat stovetop, electric stovetop...whatever. HASSLE. I still haven't figured out how to regulate heat. But its expensive to replace. Your shrimpy dish looks delish...
