I can't say enough great things about Hidden Springs Campground in Humboldt Redwoods State Park. Nearly every one of 159 sites was full, but you'd never know it. Well, aside from the kid across the way with a xylophone. Seriously, parents, do not let your toddler bring a xylophone to a campground!
