Laura and I had dinner last night at Alamo Square Seafood Grill. Laura had the bouillabaise shellfish soup and I had the vegetable risotto, which was phenomenal. Neither of us had been there in years, so it was a reminder of what a cozy place it is.
Maybe we went on an off night, but we went to Alamo Square a few years ago and it wasn't very good. But you gotta hand it to them -- they have one of the best deals in town. -- David
I love my adopted city of San Francisco. I've lived here since 1998. When I'm not working, I love going out to hear live music, staying home to read a book (or three!) running, making dinner for friends and yoga. Guilty pleasures: America's Next Top Model, a ballpark hotdog with sauerkraut and drinking wine in my pajamas.
