Seared Ahi With Lime Ginger Vinaigrette
I found this recipe at one of the
food blogs
I check out regularly. It was so easy to make and so very beautiful! Yes, it tasted as good as it looked. My only suggestion? Go heavy on the wasabi paste. Searing the tuna takes away most of the bite.
