Cream of Mushroom Soup


I made this soup last night, using evaporated milk instead of heavy cream. I must say it was FANTASTIC!

  2. Hey Ben! It was surprisingly thick and creamy. Usually I avoid cream soups because they're too heavy, but this was fantastic!
