    I brought them back for my bosses too! They wanted to know what they were -- I had no explanation; never really thought of it.

    My co-workers asked why we don't eat them with crackers. I, too, had no answer.

    Hmm, curds. Problem is, the name is so unappetizing. Maybe because of what they rhyme with.
