The Hand


The exercises are making my thumb sore, which I'm sure is a good thing. Still waiting for "pins and needles," which Olga says is a sign the nerves are growing back.

    Eeesh. I guess Olga knows best. I think I had an Olga when I had to go to Neck exercise classes back in the day. Speaking of hands, how's your ankle?
